He previously worked at C-Level at Telkom Orange having had similar stints at global Telcos before joining the Kenyan landscape. He is a tech start up enthusiast having invested in several start-ups locally and abroad. His choice of impact start-ups has revolutionized the SME sector by providing the much-needed knowledge and resources.

Peter sits on various boards including Compulynx Limited, a local IT company where he is a Non-executive director. Among the Start-ups he founded is Jaza Pengo, which supports businesses with identification, shortlisting, training, testing, selection, recruitment and administrative support of qualified resources; in Africa: provide qualified talent with opportunities to escape unemployment with a bias on engineers and expert technicians.

He also founded i-Talanta with Elewa team being Elewa’s venture into Discovering, Developing and Deploying quality IT talent in Africa. “Talanta” is the Kiswahili word for “talent”
