We assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts; advisories on severance issues within Kenya and the region. We also assist in addressing expatriate concerns, including compliance with work permit requirements. For locals, we advise on job placement in local and foreign companies, restorations and necessary tariffs. We represent individuals and organizations labor and employment related matters in and out of court.
We also design and offer customized in-house trainings for senior managers and other employees in private organizations to enhance awareness on various aspects of labor and employment laws that may affect them. Such trainings focus on structuring employment relationships, organizational restructuring and reorganization, negotiating with employee unions, HR compliance, compensation and benefits, among others.
